Madam Abigail Akwambea Elorm Mensah is a Ghanaian professional who was in February, 2025, appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) by President John Dramani Mahama.
Currently serving as the Deputy National Women’s Organizer for the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), she has played a crucial role in policy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development within the party.
Madam Elorm has strong expertise around budgeting and financial reporting, policy formulation and implementation, data analysis and management, stakeholder engagement and training, risk assessment and monitoring, leadership and team management, ICT systems monitoring and implementation, financial management and audit.
She holds a Master of Commerce in Taxation from Pentecost University Graduate School, an LLB from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Methodist University College. Additionally, she obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Koforidua Polytechnic.
Madam Elorm also possess excellent understanding of a wide range of organizations and exceptionally talented, and well educated with vast background in carrying out self-governing appraisal for the effectiveness of the policies, standards, and procedures by which organization's physical, financial and information resources are managed.
