MASLOC has departmental heads responsible for carrying out strategic direction. The departments consists of the following:

He is an Information Systems / Information & Communications Technology Specialist by profession. His ambition is to build a fulfilling career in Information and Communication Technology in a competitive work environment with the objective of personal development, institutional growth and socio-economic development of the country in which he works.
He undertook a degree program in Computer Science at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and graduated in 1986 with BSc (Hons) Computer Science. He then proceeded to Germany for an advanced training program in Electronic Data Processing from 1993 to 1994 and also holds an Executive MBA in Information Technology from Paris Graduate School of Management, France in 2009.
He started his career as a Computer Programmer with the Internal Revenue Service (currently Ghana Revenue Authority) from 1988 to 2003. He then moved to Unique Insurance Company Ltd. Ghana, as the IT Manager, from 2004 to 2009 and is currently with the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (Office of the President of Ghana) as the Head of ICT.
He is a Christian and a member of Legon Interdenominational Church, University of Ghana, Legon Campus Accra. He served as Secretary to the Council of Elders in 2008 to 2010 and Deputy Presiding Elder from 2015 to 2017. He is married to Mrs. Jackie Larbi-Akor (Nee Smith-Asante) and blessed with two gentlemen and a lady.
Mr Daniel Axim holds an MBA in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and has certificates in many managerial courses and seminars.
He has 12 years working experience spanning from Microfinance Operations, Manufacturing and Textile of which 7 in the Microfinance industry with an excellent managerial skills and competence. He climbed up the managerial ladder in MASLOC, from Credit Manager through to the Compliance Manager and now the Head of Operations.
He has also worked in various positions in reputable organizations. These include Branch Manager in ECLOF now CCML, Production Supervisor in PZ Cussons Ghana Limited and Quality Control Manager in Juapong Textile Limited (Weaving Department).
Mr. Francis Bandoh is the Head of Finance and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIM) - UK
He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (ACMA). He holds an IFRS certificate with the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA - UK) and also a Student Member of the Ghana Institute of Taxation. Mr. Bandoh brings to bear 17 years of experience spanning from Consultanting, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunications and Manufacturing Companies.
Mr. Bandoh has held various positions in his 17 years of working. These include the following: Senior Consultant at Trust Consult, Finance Manager at Parry & Company Limited, Assistant Accounts Manager at Tigo Ghana Limited and Senior Accounts with Parry & Company Limited.
Mr. Carlos de-Souza holds BA (Hons), LLB, and BL and is an experience Legal Practitioner with years of experience gained in litigation, corporate and commercial practice.
He is well versed in government business and policies and has advised several local and international companies on various aspects of Ghanaian law.
He is the Managing Partner of De Souza Law Consult, an Accra based law firm and is currently the Head of Legal and Board Secretary at the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), and also a member of the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) Board and the Domestic Board (DVB).
Finally, he is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
Holder of MA (ADR) from the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon, she holds a Certificate in Job Analysis & Descriptions Job Evaluation & Grade from the George Washington University, USA, awarded BSc. Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, Distinction in Certificate in Administration and Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Administration (GIMPA), Certificate in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), Diploma in Business Studies (DBS, Sec. Option), Ho Polytechnic and GCE ‘O’ Levels from Mawuli School, Ho, Ghana
Currently the Head of Human Resource, she was appointed in 2010 as the Human Resource Manager, MASLOC. She served as Human Resource Manager in other Companies. She is a solution focused, positive and proactive Human Resource Practitioner and leadership skills spanning over (23) years.
Esther attended many local and international professionally related conferences and seminars.
She is a member of professional institutions such as Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, (IHRMP) Ghana, Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria, ISMN (Ghana Chapter).
